Did you watch the uncut girl-with-a-bottle-in-the-face-version of it, Livingdeadgirl? Yep....that was pretty cool actually. I guess the final murder was kinda shocking, but then again, you had to expect it. Has anyone seen the sequel to this? There was a trailer for it on the dvd. Just wondering if it would be worth watching.

and the great "Vengeance Unlimited" on TV. Man, I wish they would show that here again, or release it on dvd. One of the few Madsen things I haven't seen.

I own [Henry: Portrait Of A Serial Killer] uncut and I still don't think it was shocking at all. You are not human, my friend. One could probably say that it's "not as shocking as people were saying" but "not shocking at all" just feels wrong, ESPECIALLY since we all know it was based on a true story! I saw: God Told Me To. Not shocking at all.

Not shocking at all. I'm serious. It really wasn't shocking at all. Nothing really CAN shock me in the violence depo. Munich- Funny, dramatic, violent, gory, great. The second best movie of the year, with great performances from Eric Bana, Daniel Craig, that dude who played Louis, and that dude who played Louis's Papa. The Sting- Good flick.

Mmmm, sounds lovely. I've put in numerous votes on TVShowsonDVD.com for it to be released, along with Big Apple. Maybe one of these days... Watched last night: Red Dragon w/ commentary And this morning: Bullitt

It's LOOSELY based on the true story. That's no to say the movie isn't disturbing, but the REAL story, the real Henry Lee Lucas & Otis Toole are much more chilling and horrifying than what's portrayed in the movie. Here's a link to a great article about it on crimelibrary.com www.crimelibrary.com/serial_killers/predators/lucas/confess_1.html

Watched yesterday:
ZATOICHI MONOGATARI aka ZATOICHI 1 aka THE TALE OF ZATOICHI aka ZATOICHI: THE LIFE AND OPINION OF MASSEUR ICHI (1962)
The first in a series of over twenty films and even a tv series starring ShintarĂ´ Katsu as Zatoichi, the blind masseur who happens to also be a master swordsman. Not a lot of action in this one, but still very entertaining and Katsu is highly likeable. Can't wait to see more. 8/10
SANJURO (1962)
Underrated Kurosawa film starring ToshirĂ´ Mifune, reprising his Sanjuro character from YOJIMBO. Lighter material than YOJIMBO, except for a shocking explosion of blood in the final duel. 7.5/10

Adam and Evil-slasher flick about a bunch of teens trapped at a campground with a masked killer hunting them down one by one. I think we can all name ten films with this storyline without thinking to hard, or at all. No gore and generic deaths, but still a fun time. 8/10.

Rather entertaining (but man! these characters DESERVE death!) "Hills Have Eyes" knock-off "Cannibal Detour"

THE SIMPSONS Season 3 - Disc 2
Includes the classic, "Flaming Moe's", featuring an appearance by Aerosmith and a great spoof of the "Cheers" opening theme.

I watched The Lost World: Jurassic Park (workin' through my Box Set from Christmas) with my little boy. Don't worry everyone, I diverted his attention during the more violent scenes. I'm taking this stuff into consideration now that he's over two years old--and starting to be able to pick up what's going on onscreen. He loves the dinosaurs, though. That's m' boy!
The special effects still blow away King Kong 2005's over-animated dinosaurs.

I think the ultra-fake looking raptors (uberraptors?) in Jurassic Park III still look better than the dinosaurs in Kong.
I too watched The Simpsons, except one of the seventh season disc...with commentary.
