TAKING LIVES (2004) Angelina Jolie & Ethan Hawke star in this nicely acted, but really predictable serial killer flick. 5/10 (Average)

Yes I am Bart. And I'm doing a very good job of it.
The next Allen will be "Hannah and Her Sisters," followed by "Everything You Wanted To Know About Sex* *But You Were Too Afraid To Ask."
I'll also be watching "Broadway Danny Rose" and "Manhattan" at some point.

If you haven't seen them yet, I also recommend: SLEEPER TAKE THE MONEY AND RUN CRIMES & MISDEMEANORS BULLETS OVER BROADWAY

I own "Sleeper" and I rented "Take the Money and Run."
The latter two, however, I have yet to see.

Sleeper, Take The Money And Run and Everything You Always-blah-blah are among Allen's funniest films - together with the underrated Bananas. Crimes And Misdemeanors is a much more serious piece, but again: one of my favourite Allen movies from the "grim" period. Never liked Bullets Over Broadway too much, though.

Hong Kong CAT III nastiness that sadly replaces too much of it's nastiness with silliness later on... "The Peeping Tom"

TAKING LIVES (2004) Angelina Jolie & Ethan Hawke star in this nicely acted, but really predictable serial killer flick. 5/10 (Average) I predicted who the killer was roughly halfway through the film. 2/3 of the way through I was absolutely sure I was right. Then it ended and I was proven right. On the upside, we got to see Jolie's breasts again.

Disc 2 of Married With Children: Season 4 yesterday;
- Oh What a Feeling - At the Zoo - It's a Bundyful Life (1) - It's a Bundyful Life (2) - Who'll Stop the Rain - Taxing Problem, A
Al bundy oneliners are still priceless. As "Oh What a Feeling" begins, he is pushing his car into the garage, closes the door & says "Yep, one more payment & your all mine." ;D

"The Guns of Navarone" - Okay, has it's moments. I still think it's way overrated. Some boring characters, a lack of action, awfully dated model work, a really stupid death scene for James Darren that makes little sense and a confused, very weak death scene for the great (but wasted here) Stanley Baker.
I actually prefer the much maligned sequel ("Force 10") which has more action, is faster paced, more entertaining support characters and I prefer the portrayal of Mallory by Robert Shaw and Franco Nero is always welcome. So there!

"The Longest Yard" - Original (and the point of re-making this was??? Ah...yes...of course, to give Chris Rock a platform for his 'damn mutherfucker I's Black' stand-up routine)
Still as good as it ever was with a perfect mix of light humour, hard humour, serious drama and brutality. And this is the 70's nothing can replace Reynolds on the cool meter when this was made. Certainly not Adam Sandler!!!

I agree with all points made here. And here! ;D The first sign of the apocalypse!!! ;D It no doubt is! ;D Just watched: Decoys. A silly and flawed but enjoyable s-f/horror combination about aliens coming to earth as sexy blondes and deep freezing their male victims during sex.
