Yeah, so there's one of these in the DVD section and so I got to thinking, "Why can't we at the music board have one of these too? Why should the DVD place get everything? What's with that?"
So here it is. Um. . .you can count burned CDs if you want to.
The last thing I bought was OK, Computer by Radiohead. That is a great album. You should all listen to it.
Kicking and screaming Gucci little piggie.

The last CD I bought was "IN YOUR HONOR" by the Foo Fighters. EXCELLENT!! Is it? I thought about buying it - an okay price for 2CD's - but some reviews put me off. Which CD do you prefer, Heineken, by the way? Last one I bought: Angra "Temple Of Shadows"; mainly because it contained a bonus DVD with a full performance. Oh yeah, I sure love bargains! But it's a fine CD and a pretty nice concert, too. Definitely worth getting for everyone in love with power/heavy metal.

Just bought Daydream Nation by Sonic Youth and Definitley Maybe by Oasis.
I burned Radiohead's Kid A and Hail to Thief. I'll probably end up buying those too, though.

The last one I actually bought was for myself at Christmas: Amon Amarth: Fate of the Norns
I also received, for Xmas:
The Abyss: Summon The Beast & The Other Side Nailbomb: Pointblank Theater of Tragedy: Aegis Shadows Fall: The Art of Balance
Nothing new since then except for a few burns I made of downloaded crap.

Radiohead's The Bends.
Radiohead are a great band. I wish I were British sometimes.

Which CD do you prefer, Heineken, by the way? I think it's great, Bart. That's why I don't really read music reviews. Critics and I seldom agree when it comes to musical tastes. I prefer Disc 1, the heavy disc. The softer songs on Disc 2 are actually very good too though. Foo Fighters are one of the few bands who can perform such catchy tunes and still maintain an edge, IMHO.

It's a various artists soundtrack, right? What bands? I seem to remember this film rather hazily...

With Rushmore there's.... The Creation, Unit 4 + 2, Cat Stevens, The Who, John Lennon, Faces, The Kinks, Chad & Jeremy, Zoot Sims, Yves someoneoranother, and of course, the Mark Mothersbaugh-Wes Anderson score. Really great, though I still think that The Royal Tenenbaums is better (as a picture and soundtrack).

Thanks! I remember liking the music there but am not a fan of the film, actually. Like Tenenbaums much better than Rushmore.

Yeah, Tenenbaums is better all over, but I still love Rushmore.
As an increasingly more avid Beatles fan, I've decided that I should get rid of my ripped copies of their brilliant works and get the real issues. Besides, every single Beatles CD has some of the greatest album work ever, no matter how simple (Abbey Road, Please Please Me) or complex (Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band).
The Beatles--Revolver The Beatles--Sgt. Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band
Also have picked up couple Radiohead things:
Radiohead: Kid A (another upgrade from the ripping) Radiohead: Hail to the Thief Radiohead: I Might Be Wrong: Live Recordings (it's not quite an album and it's not quite an EP. It's some recordings).
I probably should be saving for the Simpsons sixth season. . . .
