Currently watching the first season of "Sledge Hammer". Great memories. A bit hit and miss, but thankfully far more hit with some classic laugh out loud moments. hammer's way of getting a jumper to climb back into the building by shooting at his feet was just wonderful. "Another life saved and I still have one bullet left". Sledge rules!!!

Bully is an acquired taste - myself I enjoyed it to a degree and was impressed with the director's courage in several scenes. Then again - I don't think it's great or anything close; Kids, in my opinion, is a far better film. I Was A Teenage Caveman is a totally guilty pleasure-flick and a rather tame one for Clark's standards. But the tub scene I considered somewhat sexy... come on, Quorth! Hey I love a movie with rampant female nudity, but I've seen a few films where somehow, it just gets boring. I think we need the naked chicks to be doing something at the time. Like fighting zombies or washing a car or something.... Not just sitting around naked doing coke. Other rampant-nudity films that bored me: Blood Sucking Freaks, Flesh of the Beast, ....uhhmm.... there was one more.... now what the hell was it...? Oh, it had Misty Mundae in it... It was basically a soft-core nudie flick. It was a remake of a nudie flick from the 70's. Roxanna or something like that... Booooooooorrrrrriiiing Pretty girl, though.

Episode III Bonus Disc: Story of Star Wars Basically just Artoo & Threepio reciting the Skywalker family history (30 mins. for Anakin, 30 mins. for Luke) with scenes from the movies. Ok, but nothing SW fans didn't already know.

Kingdom of Heaven 1/4 stars The Sting 2/4 stars
Finished watching the 4th season of In Living Color not long ago. 33 episodes. Take away the fly girls, commericals, opening credits & ending musical performer of each episode & you have a running time of roughly 15 minutes. Also 33 episodes, 4 funny. ;D
Started watching Corner Gas: Complete Season 2. Kinda dull for a sitcom, but its Canadian so.. you know..

As a joke I made up this movie called "Michigan Fighters" where this cop goes around fucking hot girls and shooting ninjas. And there's lots of blood. Not to mention there's always a hot naked babe on the sidelines of every battle jumping up and down, her big boobs bouncing screaming "You can do it! You can do it!" Not to mention that the main villains are named Miko Horny and Princess Lallabella. If made, it would probably be accepted by two things: 1) A terrible movie. 2) A movie that knows it's bad, so it generates humor from being so bad. It's basically a turkey-monster-anti-drug-pro-Jesus-gore film! (one bizillion internet kudos is awarded to anyone that can guess what film that's the tagline of, excluding Pulp.)

"Land of the Dead" - Much better than some of the negative remarks spewed around. But it somehow felt a little empty and it was WAY too short! It had some choice moments though, some nicely messy flesh ripping and gut munching in this unrated print (there was no need for lazy ass CGI blood though!), and a pretty good cast do a pretty good job. Not the ground shaker it should have been given the long wait and the 'evolved' zombies sit badly with me...but it was generally a good romp and easily his best film since the excellent "Day".

Psycho 1960 2/4 starsI believe this was the first time I'd seen Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. Not bad, but I think the newer version spoiled this film for me. Finally a film without James Stewart in Alfred's Collection, there's a star right there & the other one was for the score & shower scene. This was rated R, but by todays standards it looked like a PG-13 film. 8 films down, 7 to go from the Masterpiece Collection.

Paparazzi - fun but... my, the plot went over the top rather quickly there, didn't it? Always nice to watch Cole Hauser AND Robin Tunney, though; Tom Sizemore was cheesily enjoyable as well.

Well, just finished Poltergeist, so that's one's off the list. Next ones include:
The Serpent and the Rainbow Christine The Fly 28 Days Later
Any suggestions as to which one first?

Well, you've said that a few times already, I'll have to take your word for it.
BTW, I thought about seeing it before and wasn't sure it I should, then on Halloween eve, I taped a special on the Sci-Fi channel called Masters of Horror: Boogeymen 2, and when they got to Wes, they did hardly anything on Freddy and concentrated on this one! I was impressed. Normally, any Craven overview includes Freddy, but this one was on Serpent and it made me want to speed up the viewing for it. I guess I should then, Bart.

Saw II- Brilliant and suspenseful. Jigsaw is so poetic. Tobin Bell...great acting. Really puts some heart into the role...and some liver...and some spleen...
