How much undressing are we talking, here? I need some nudity fix, and all my DVDs have been seen to regularly to have an effect. Umm, it's good enough if you need a, let's call it, "civilized nudity fix": they do undress every 10 minutes or so - and pretty girls, too - but, you know, no bush. frankenjohn - are you serious about this Hellraiser thing, man?

Watched last night: Hellraiser on AMC Edited and with commercials?? YUCK!! I can't stand watching movies, especially R-rated movies, on regular tv. Yeah, I know, I usually don't either. There was nothing else on at the time though & I had it on in the background while I was doing stuff on the computer. Watched this morning: Dracula (1979) on AMC Frank Langella as the Count, Laurence Olivier as Van Helsing and Donald Pleasance as Dr. Seward. Hadn't seen this particular version before, only bits & pieces a while ago.

And since you watched it on AMC, you've still only seen bits and pieces. ;D I keed! I keed! ;D I actually watched about fifteen minutes of the same movie on AMC about a week ago, but as soon as they cut to commercial, I changed the channel. I really can't stand "Edited for television". I'd seen it before anyway.

Here in the states, we've got plenty of Bush. And he's running this country into the ground. ;D Thank you, thank you! I'll be here all week. Don't forget to tip your waitress!

Awww, why does Hollywood always have to beat around the bush???!!! The Final Conflict- Starts strong but it's all downhill from there. Kingdom of the Spiders- Not as scary as I thought it would be, but still good. Piranah- It's just...g-gg...fun. I also saw the first hour of "Exorcist: The Beginning" and I thought it was a worthy prequel.

You just don't like any movies do ya man?
Well, I had the best homework assignment of all-time, which entailed watching
RAIDERS OF THE LOST ARK.

I'll tell ya Pulp-man, I didn't like the psychological thriller called "The Other." There's a recently watched movie I didn't like.

Undead From Dusk Till Dawn (seen it before) Caught most of American Werewolf in London on AMC--seen it before, and it's still a classic. Far superior to it's sequel.
Watched Creepshow for fun. Fully convinced the remake will never be even remotely as good. Decided to boycott remake.

THE EVIL DEAD (1981) A cabin in the woods, The Book of the Dead and Bruce Campbell? Let the good times roll! High school play level acting and some unintentional laughs along with Sam Raimi's kinetic camera style and buckets of fake blood and gore, all helped to make this a horror cult classic. Made Campbell a B-movie god and, eventually, Raimi an A-list director. 7/10 My all-time favorite movie. To me, it's the best horror film ever made. Once the acting stops and the horror starts and the atmosphere carries the terror, it's a thing of pure, gore-laden beauty. I especially love how they decided to use white and green fluids to make the film seem "nicer" and less disgusting--and it only makes the gore nastier!

Besides 'Warlock' we also watched 'The Birds' on TCM. I hadn't seen it since I was little and it is much less scary than I remember. The bird special effects are pretty cheesy.
Did anyone seen Saw II this weekend??

Hey yeah, if anyone wasted money on that guaranteed calamity, I'd like to see a review...

I didn't like Saw all that much myself but II looks and sounds business, if you ask me.

I didn't like Saw all that much myself but II looks and sounds business, if you ask me. The reviews I've heard basically state "not as good as the first." Now considering that I thought the first was a piece of shit, well, things aren't looking too good for the second... I'll save my money. Besides, there's a movie with Mike Patton in it that we're going to go see--tomorrow night I think.
