I don't even know anymore. HA ha ha ha!!! It's always kind of funny when a conversation just fizzles. And now to continue the thread: Over the weekend, we got two more pets so now we have: Bok -- the large Hermit Crab Abe -- the little Hermit Crab Caligula -- the 3-legged Anole Leviticus -- the House Gecko Oh, and 30 crickets for dinner for the lizards. |

Caligula -- the 3-legged Anole WTF is that?? An Anole--a small lizard--he's about 6 or so inches long nose to tip of the tail. There was one in the store that had an accident at one time in the past and lost one of his hind feet so he's crippled. We decided to take him (got a discount anyway) since we figured most people wouldn't want to adopt a "crippled animal." |

An Anole--a small lizard--he's about 6 or so inches long nose to tip of the tail. There was one in the store that had an accident at one time in the past and lost one of his hind feet so he's crippled. We decided to take him (got a discount anyway) since we figured most people wouldn't want to adopt a "crippled animal." Is it you are having a knack to be a vet and Mother Teresa simultaneously or just the discount worked so well? ;D |

The first Anole the guy at the store pulled out of the case was the crippled one and we were thinking of still getting him because we figured that not too many people will want hurt animals. Then he said we'd get a discount, so that made the decision easier. We did only get about 95% of the lizard, after all... |

You seem to love reptiles and crustaceans. What about these crickets. Do they concert before they die in the mouths of your fave reptiles? Maybe you could save a one or two from time to time and listien to their beautiful songs? What about tarantulas, other hairy spiders or some fascinating insects like mantis or ants? Spiders are really cute, aren't they? |
