Someone sent this to me in an e-mail. It's a cloud formation in the aftermath of Hurricane Charley. Hands of God And these two are just hilarious!

My aunt e-mailed this pic to me The caption says that the older gentleman is a Pearl Harbor survivor & the younger man is a Marine who lost his eye, arm & leg while diffusing a bomb in Iraq.

I saw that picture hung up in a truck when I worked at UPS. Ironically, FedEx is now kicking UPS's ass. Doesn't surprise me, the shitty way UPS is run these days.

Here. There. Spacer asked a while back in Marcel's thread about the progress of his movie about one of the "projects" I was busying myself with. Here it is, I actually finished one of them. Hot damn. This was done by drawing little crosshatch lines back and forth at 45 degree angles over and over and over and over again until, by god, a picture was formed. It took about 7 million hours to complete. I called it "Innocence." I'm not sure why.

I called it "Innocence." I'm not sure why. Because it looks like it's being taken away from her. Nice! I did a drawing using that technique back in art school, but mine was of a castle. Maybe I'll dig it up and post it.

What, specifically, did you go to art school for? Not just "art." I went for graphic design and, later, for animation.

So that I wouldn't have to go get a "real" job.
Oh, you mean what did I study? ;D
Graphic design, commmercial art, illustration, etc. I've been a freelance artist for the last 15 years.
