A friend lent me the moving Waiting
I can see a bunch of stoned/drunk college-age kids who work at TGIFridays loving this movie. For me it was VERY mediocre. Seen much funnier of this genre, although I do agree with one part: never mess with people that handle your food!
4/10

Must Love Dogs 2/4 Eh...it was ok. At least it had John Cusack in it to keep me interested.

I haven't seen this movie since I was a little kid, and I don't love it any less.

The Beast of Hollow Mountain-Ah, here's one from my youth. Tyrannosaur settles Mexican beef owners fued, basically. No where near as accurate as some other Dino films (he drags his tail on the ground and flicks his tongue, occasionally, among other errors I caught) but it's still a pretty entertaining films from that time-frame.

16 BLOCKS (2006)
Fast-paced, tight action thriller with a dash of some quieter character moments. Nice performances by Bruce Willis & Mos Def. No real surprises story-wise, but not bad. 7.5/10

WHITE NOISE (2005)
Derivative story of the dead communicating with the living. Take two parts THE SIXTH SENSE, mixed with one part GHOST and one part THE OTHERS, add a dash of THE RING, stir well, and you end up with this half-baked flick, which by the end leaves the viewer with more questions than it actually answers. Too bad, because it actually features Michael Keaton in a strong, sincere performance and a couple of good "boo!" moments. 4/10
Y TU MAMA TAMBIEN (AND YOUR MOTHER TOO) (2001)
Glad I finally got around to seeing this one. Don't let the Mexican setting or subtitles keep you from checking this one out. Essentially a buddy/road picture about two young guys and a slightly older woman discovering about life, love, sex and each other. Poignant, yet has moments that are hilarious. 8/10

Term, what did you think of the fourth season? And what's your favorite day of Jack Bauer's (so far)?
And Heineken, what version of Y Tu Mama Tambien did you watch? And I always have fun thinking that the guy who did that went on to do...HARRY POTTER AND THE PRISONER OF AZKABAN (still the best Potter film in my opinion).

Umm... wasn't aware there was more than one version. The version I saw was in spanish with english subtitles. It was on IFC, uncut, unedited, commercial-free and in widescreen. Is any of that what you meant? And I agree on HP & THE PRIZONER OF AZKABAN being the best in the series.
