Why'd you have to change your avatar, I liked it. It was comforting, like going home again. Now I got something new to get used to.
Just saw one of the films for my "Never-ending Shame" series, Horror of Dracula, and I get the feeling that no one here will respond to this review, so I'm confused as to what I should do about it. I also get the nagging feeling the same will go for the other films from that time period from my list.

Dude, I'm a huge Hammer fan. I'd read the review and respond.

Yeah, LDG. It was comforting knowing that your avatar has changed. Now it's something new to get used to.
Okay, Frank, I'll get a pretty decent review up, but I kinda like Q's idea of doing Quickshot mini reviews, so I think I'll do that instead and just edit my HoD review into the one big review the hassel of taking up way to much space in that section. Sit tight, I've got Curse starting right now as soon as I log off.

The Tin Drum.
Pretty interesting, kind of surreal.

No problem. Maybe in a few days or so, but if it takes me that long to get sick of something, chances are it's good in the first place.

The Brothers Grimm.
A happier ending for a Gilliam film, but he probably had fun filming the Fillini reference.

The original King Kong with my little brother. It says something about a movie when a kid who grew up on Lord of the Rings and the new Star Wars films can be totally entranced by the stop-motion of Kong. He admitted that it looks fake, but it still sucks you in.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire- Absolutely crazy. Like an rollercoaster going at the speed of light. So exhilarating, wow. The best movie of the year in my opinion.

Loved it too, frankenjohn.
Grave of the Fireflies--very very sad. But good. Yet sad.
