KILL YOUR MOTHER, RAPE YOUR DOG By: Dying Fetus From: Killing on Adrenaline Yeah!!! A REALLY NICE TITLE ;D The song is actually about how the mainstream totally misunderstands the (mostly underground) Metal scene, the meaning of the songs, the character of the people, etc. "You think we're all "Kill Your Mother, Rape Your Dog," but you don't fucking know so fuck off!" is pretty much the point. It's also anti-mainstream and against gigantic record labels churning out cookie-cutter crap with no thought to art and all thought to money. All that in a song that's less than 2 minutes long! I met the current vocalist of that band. Once again, I'm continuing my Rotting Christ kick with "Dying" from the "Genesis" album.

And one of their best songs, IMHO.
She told me she worked in the morning and started to laugh. I told her I didn't and crawled off to sleep in the bath.
And when I awoke, I was alone, this bird had flown. So, I lit a fire, isn't it good, Norwegian wood.
My brother's Beatles' tribute band, THE BACKBEATS, (shameless plug alert!) does a great version of that song.
