I just finished Law and Order with Chevy Chase. Wow. I never knew he could play someone so unlikeable.

Something I was watching over at a friends house: Dogfights: The Greatest Aerial Battles. Actually, it was pretty good, just like most of the History Channel's presentations. Showed what happened during four great aerial dogfights during the 20th Century, (WW I, WW II, Korea and Vietnam) with backstory on the fighter planes, pilots, situations that brought on the scenario and much more. It followed it up with a detailed synopsis of what happened using pilot (if still alive) reflections on what happened, CGI designed replications of the fight, and experts' commentary on the events as they happened play-by-play. Rather interesting, but it featured a lot of technical jargon mixed in as well, so if that turns you off, then proceed with caution. But it was a lot of fun and really interesting.

Hopefully, now that I got my Halloween marathon out of the way, I can settle back in to the old weekday routine. It's in the "What do you watch" thread, so no need to restate here.

On Sunday I watched an hour-and-a-half of "The Simpsons" (I was entertained, especailly at the Iraq war joke thrown in at the end), then my roommate watched "Family Guy" (since I hate that show) but we didn't watch the ending because "Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide" came on, and that was more important and better.

DEAL OR NO DEAL ( I like watching idiots say, "no deal", to more money than they'll make in 6 years of hard work, and then end up walking away with substantially less. Morons.)
HEROES (Like Frankenjohn said, another good episode.)
