Another reason not to trust the critics: This film was absolutely brilliant! Of course, I gave it a 5. The direction was great, the story, twists, and subplots worked very well, the actors were entertaining, and the dialogue was just awesome. If this is playing anywhere near you, you should check it out. It's definitely one of the best movies of the year.
EL SMITTY SE APRUEBA.

Not playing near me. At least not right now. I heard lots of good stuff about this but I'm not sure when it will be possible to get the movie here.

EL ESPACIOR SE APRUEBA.By the way all Mexican flicks I've watched are great. I saw "And your mother too" (Y Tu Mama Tambien) (2001) as well" It's magnificent and to me is No 1 modern Mexican film I believe Mexican cinema is flourishing partly and maybe largely thanks to political changes in this country where after a long long time the domination & dictatorship of Revolutionary-Institutional Party had fallen when El Presidente Fox was elected. Probably the censorship has loosened since that time allowing for such grand movies. We can see in the background the merciless army units and all kinds of other paramilitary doing its dirty job.
