You can pretty much guess where I stand. I love Willow, I have grown up with it. With such lines as, "Don't call me a peck!" "Help, there's a peck here with an acorn pointed at me!" "You're not warriors! You're pigs! PIGS!" "Your mother was a lizard!" "You are mine to toy with." How can you go wrong? Seriously. One of the first DVDs on my collection, not to mention it's somewhere on my top 25 movies of all time. And one more thing: Ebert sucks.

I love this movie also. I worked at a daycare when I was in school & the kids watched it almost everyday so I kinda got hooked on it.

In my opinion it's just good. I never got into it 100% but Val Kilmer makes a cool hero and the overall atmosphere of it all is A-OK.

"It's alright". Not very original. Lucas was obviously trying for another STAR WARS or INDIANA JONES, but with much less success. I thought Kilmer was great though! And I liked Warwick as Willow, but a lot of the humor seemed forced. Haven't seen it in years, so I might like it even less than I voted, but to be fair...

I only saw it for the first time 5 years ago. Since then it has become one of my favorite movies. James Horner's theme is one of the catchiest he's ever produced. I think I prefer it to at least 2 of the LOTR movies. George Lucas had an idea for a sequel that was never made. The sequel was turned into a Trilogy of novels called Shadow Moon, Shadow Dawn, and Shadow Star. The books take place more than a decade later. Willow and several minor characters are in it. It's mostly about Willow protecting Elora Danan, who has become a spoiled brat. I've only read the first book so far. It's a lot darker.

I watched it over and over when I was younger and loved it! Peck, peck, peck, peck!

It's a good movie, but not one of my favs even though I grew up with it. Probably because I saw it with my grandmother who HATED it so I have some bad memories associated with it. Know lots of people though who are fanatics (including my sister! she has all these little mini figures of the characters in her room).

I love Willow. I bought if off some guy 2 years ago for $5 bucks. Everytime my friends or I do something cool, we say "Madmartigan, you are great!"

I put "One of my favs, I grew up with it." Now, it's not exactly one of my favorites these days, but I did grow up with it--and still have the NES game somewhere around here... One of the best things to come out of Lucasfilm, without a doubt. (definitly wasn't Howard the Duck)

I actually didn't watch this movie until I was like 20! I don't know why I waited so long because it was a great movie. Not a favorite necessarily, but very good.
