And just for the nerds: On "3rd Rock from the Sun," Dick (John Lithgow) looked out the window of a commercial plane and saw something on the wing. When the Big Giant Head (William Shatner) showed up, he claimed the same thing when his plane landed. Why is this funny? Go! LOL! I never saw that episode of 3rd Rock, but that's very clever. Okay, Shatner played a passenger on a plane who sees a creature, a gremlin, on the wing of the plane, but no one believes him, on the original "Twilight Zone" tv series. Lithgow played a passenger on a plane who has the exact same thing happen to him, in "Twilght Zone: The Movie". Do I win a prize? Maybe the title, King Sci-fi Nerd For a Day? I swear, I thought I was about the only damn person that got that joke! I had to explain it to 2 girlfriends. Sir, you are King Nerd For A Day, though not a Fool For A Lifetime (to reference Faith No More), and you're brilliant crown may be found at your local Burger King. Wear it with pride!! |

The song "Midlife Crisis" is genius. Kudos on the reference. |
