;D If you start anywhere: Henry Cornelius Agrippa's tome, "Three Books of Occult Philosophy." Virtually everything is taken from this book, regarding other texts. Good stuff. Find-out what the Church didn't want you to know! Find-out that Europe was still very pagan during the Middle Ages before the Albigensian Crusades, and the Witch hunts.

Good idea ,man. I've read to much sci-fi stuff lately and I'm bored now by it a bit. Such a lecture must indeed be refreshing. Good old classic Roman Literature Middle Ages is a fascinating time period. I approve your reading choice

Apocalypse Culture II
Edited by Adam Parfey.
(Feral House)
Not so much "occult," but it is about some of society's more "colorful" people. Fuckin' weirdoes that they are.

;D Yeh, both Apocalypse Culture books are excellent! Feral house is great, check their site. A documentary of "Lords of Chaos" is in-the-works, how can you go-wrong with that?! Incidentally: "Occult" comes from the Greek , which means "hidden," that's all it means. Check Philip K. Dick's novles, they are chock-full of occult-references, even some passages feature Gnostic-ideas that were as-yet untranslated from lost-codexes! He was somehow "on-the-right-track"! Read "Valis", it is his masterpiece, along-with: "Flow My Tears, the Policeman Said," "The Man in the High Castle," and of-course "A Scanner, Darkly" (almost made by Terry Gilliam).

What do you mean a documentary of "Lords of Chaos" is in the works? You mean a film? A film documentary?
I'm not sure what to think of that... See crazy Varg spouting his lunatic ravings... If that's what you mean...

Some parts of it, my interest in Metal only goes so-far. I liked Darkthrone, but their beliefs are pretty silly and even pathetic. Some of them aslo seem to forget that Norse tribal-society was primarily matriarchal, kinda like the Iroquois in North America.
