Eww, that sounds cool...where'd you get it? And I almost forgot, the best gift I got was my brother, niece, and nephew coming down from MN to spend Christmas with us! Unfortunately, my brother had to fly back today, but the kids will be here until New Years.

Eww, that sounds cool...where'd you get it? It was a gift from my wife and like I mentioned she got it from an artist in Thailand. Well, technically, she commissioned it through someone she knows who had bought sculptures from this guy before. The person she knows has bought scrap metal sculptures of Vader, C-3PO and R2-D2 from the same artist. Also, using a gift card, yesterday I got SUPERMAN II: THE RICHARD DONNER CUT.

I got a couple DVDs:
Little Miss Sunshine Superman Returns (2-Disc WIDESCREEN edition) The Simpsons complete NINTH season
Thomas Pynchon's new book "Against the Day" which I'm aching to read, despite it being 1088 pages and me only being a quarter of the way through "Gravity's Rainbow" (which is genius by the way).
A lot of assorted Simpsons stuff (underwear, pajamas, a telephone)
Then some clothes or something.
But I got almost all that I asked for, and whatever else I didn't get I figure I'll just pick it up later or something. A fun year. Ate too much food though...damn holidays.

DVDs:
An Evening with Kevin Smith 2: Evening Harder King of New York Little Miss Sunshine Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest
I also got an assortment of Family Guy memorabilia, including a Stewie bobblehead/air freshener, a Quagmire refridgerator magnet, two calendars, and a pair of boxers sporting Stewie and the words, "Born to be bad".
And the usual socks and boxers. I also got a cool new leather jacket which I look really good in.
The rest was money and gift cards, which I used to buy:
DVDs:
Clerks II Family Guy: Volume 4 Gladiator (The Extended Cut) Singin' in the Rain The Black Dahlia The Incredibles
Video Games:
Final Fantasy XI - The Vana'diel Collection 2007 Kingdom Hearts II WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2007 (I don't watch wrestling anymore, but the games are still pretty cool)
I still have money left over. I probably won't spend all of it. Maybe to buy a couple DVDs (Snakes on a Plane looks real tasty at the moment), but most likely they're going in my Vegas fund (which I'm going to TWICE next month, so I better have money).
