I want to know what you guys thought of this Sarah Jessica Parker/ Matthew MacConnaughey vehicle.
Here's what I think:
GOOD: - Matthew is handsome
BAD: - not funny at all - the animal attacks are plain stupid - the plot is totally unconvincing - the actors seem very uncomfortable in their roles - the dialogues are shockingly artificial - the final 20 mins made me CRINGE - literally so
No wonder it's 1/10 from me. Last time I felt so much disappointed with a comedy was during Sandra Bullock's Miss Congeniality 2: Armed And Fabulous.

Parents bought the DVD, but I haven't subjected myself to it yet. Probably gonna be some dinner time movie this week.

Not PAINFULLY bad, but very average. It has its moments, but it's nothing special and I'm not rushing to buy the DVD.

I like how the DVD cover for this and 'How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days' are virtually the same.

...which perhaps means I'd DIE while watching How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days. Thanks for the fair warning!

Yeah, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days was riddled with clichés, and just not very funny. At least Failure to Launch had some amusing characters (such as his parents, his friends, her sister). The other film didn't have any of that.
