THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS
THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS or WALLACE & GROMIT IN THE CURSE OF THE WERE-RABBIT?

The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon or Hero?

Crouching Tiger. It started off the artistic trend with the newer martial arts films, and introduced a great phrase into the American vernacular for a person trying to demonstrate their prowess but unable to do so.
Keeping with a martial arts crossover trend:
Romeo Must Die or Cradle 2 the Grave

Gotta go Romeo Must Die.
Here's an interesting one:
Baz Luhrmann's Romeo + Juliet (1996) or Franco Zeffirelli's Romeo and Juliet (1968)?

Just thought I'd bump this one up, now that the other one's been revived. Same question.
Luhrmann's Romeo + Juliet (1996) or Zeffirelli's Romeo and Juliet (1968)?

Now that I've seen them both, I'm going to go with the traditional version, Zeffirelli's Romeo and Juliet (1968).
And keeping with the same theme:
WEST SIDE STORY (1961) or TITANIC (1997)?

Never liked either, but going with the lesser of two evils: West Side Story.
West Side Story or Singing in the Rain?

Love both of them, but I'm gonna go with Singin' in the Rain.
This may take some time to get answered, but take as much as you need.
Kingdom of the Crystal Skull or Revenge of the Sith?

Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.
Um...Kingdom of the Crystal Skull or Transformers (the LeBeouf thing).

Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. Um...Kingdom of the Crystal Skull or Transformers (the LeBeouf thing). Transformers--because I'd waited even longer for that movie to be made! Both films were equally good and equally flawed, though. Street Fighter (with Jean Cluade) or Mortal Kombat (with Christopher Lambert)?

Mortal Kombat. Neither were that good, but Mortal Kombat had more logical casting.
Superman Returns or Superman 3?

SUPERMAN RETURNS wasn't perfect, but it was STAR WARS compared to SUPERMAN 3.
SPEEDRACER or SCOOBY-DOO? (Both based on classic cartoon series)

Speed Racer. Granted, I've only seen Scooby-Doo, but it was so dreadful I can't imagine Speed Racer actually being worse.
Hunt for Red October or Clear and Present Danger?

I haven't seen either film, but I'm gonna go ahead and bump this back up again. I'm sure someone on this board has seen both of those movies.

Both were good, but I'll go with CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER for the Harrison Ford factor. Zap, you haven't seen any of the Jack Ryan movies? Rent them all, including RED OCTOBER with Alec Baldwin as Ryan. You can skip the one with Ben Affleck as Ryan though. Meh.
Keeping with the Harrison Ford theme:
BLADE RUNNER or THE FUGITIVE?
