According to Movie Hole: 1. Batman Begins - Just when I thought it wouldn't get any better than Alicia Silverstone in a nippled-rubber batsuit. 2. Serenity - Joss Whedon gave George Lucas a run for his money this year. Buy the DVD, You get a sequel. 3. In Good Company - Dennis Quaid proves, yet again, that he's one of the best actors of his generation. 4. Star Wars Episode III : Revenge of the Sith - George Lucas turfed the 'Instant Movie Maker' programme for Apple for this superb last chapter. 5. In Her Shoes - Toni and Cameron played a part in Kleenex's shares rising. 6. Sin City - Even finer looking than Jessica Biel emerging from a hot tub. 7. Mr and Mrs Smith - Sometimes it's good to presume the worst. 8. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang - Welcome back Downey Jr, nice one Kilmer, long time no see Mr Black! 9. Shopgirl - Steve Martin in touching romantic dramedy shocker! 10. Elizabethtown - A love letter from Cameron Crowe to his fans. www.moviehole.net/news/20051218_clints_top_ten_of_2005.htmlAs always, feel free to add your own list...

Heck, I've only seen about 10 movies in a theater this year so they'd all have to make my top ten list. Out of Movie Hole's list I've only seen the following: BATMAN BEGINS IN GOOD COMPANY REVENGE OF THE SITH SIN CITY And Smitty's right, IN GOOD COMPANY is a 2004 movie, though I just saw it for the first time a couple of weeks ago on HBO.

My top films are:
Batman Begins History of Violence Sin City (all awesome)
King Kong Episode III (great, but problematic)
Derailed (but I didn't see that many, 7/10 is what I'd give this)
I was sure I'd seen more movies than this... I mean, more good movies.

I'm actually not going to be posting these until around January or February. Too many end-of-the-year releases are being widely released around this time (Brokeback Mountain, Transamerica, the Matador, Memoirs of a Geisha, etc.)
And finally, Term, I have changed my avatar.
