Some people hate this one with passion: but why?! It's a truly good edge-of-the-seat thriller that manages to squeeze many surprises into a seemingly predictable plot; also, the acting is nice here: Cillian Murphy chews the scenery as he never did before (for me that's a good thing, you know), while Rachel McAdams is not only a likeable lead but also a painfully cute one.
Wes Craven's best since Scream 2. It is!

I really liked it, too. Cillian Murphy is an amazing actor, looking back at Intermission and 28 Days Later... will tell you that (oh, and not to forget, Batman Begins). I'm not the biggest fan of Rachel McAdams, but whatever. Brian Cox, of course, is great as he always is.
The tension is great.
AND it was photographed by Robert Yeoman! Whoo-hoo!

This is a great, fun thriller w/ A+ acting. Haven't talked to too many people that saw it though but for the most part the buzz has been positive.
I liked it! Maybe even enough to pick it up on Dvd.

People HATED this one? I didn't think so... Just check out some 1 star reviews on imdb - not one or two, I can tell you that! But hey: I'm very glad that people of The Board like Red Eye as much as I do - great!
