There: the promised Steve B Poll. I already told you what I'm voting for: the role of the out of luck director in Living In Oblivion; a great role and a much recommended film.

Man, this is gonna be a hard decision....I've loved him in every role I've ever seen him in...I think I'm gonna have to get back to you on this one. ;D

Desperado, Things To Do In Denver When You're Dead, Armageddon and, of course, Reservoir Dogs were the other ones I considered here.

I picked his role in Fargo... probably because that's my favorite movie with him in it.

I've only seen half of these films, but Fargo is my favorite of the ones that I have seen, followed closely by Resevoir Dogs.

Good to see the first votes here, but please mind: we're choosing Steve's best ROLE rather than film; if I were to choose my favourite film of his, Pulp Fiction would win - and Steve didn't even show his face in it!

RESERVOIR DOGS! Buscemi's rants about about not tipping and about having to be "Mr. Pink" are just fantastic. Sure, a lot of the credit has to go to Tarantino's writing there, but it's Buscemi's performance that makes them so memorable for me. Even now, I can hear that whiny voice, "Why do I have to be Mr. Pink?". Makes me giggle like a schoolgirl. ;D Thought he was also brilliant in GHOST WORLD and FARGO. And even his aforementioned cameo as Buddy Holly the waiter in PULP FICTION is memorable.

Thats a tough one. Can't vote for 2, but if I could, Fargo & Reservoir Dogs. Ended up picking Fargo just for the sheer amount of dialog he had to deliver in that film. A big disappointment was his role in The Sopranos. He could have easily been the "bad ass" of that show.

I went with Con Air--it's one of the roles I most associate with him!
"I wore her head as a hat across three states!"
Hey Bart, here's two you forgot:
Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (I think that was the movie's title) Billy Madison.

Hey Bart, here's two you forgot: Final Fantasy: The Spirits Within (I think that was the movie's title) Billy Madison. Final Fantasy, really? I never saw it. And as for Billy Madison: I decided not to put his roles in Sandler movies in the poll, as they're more of cameos than real parts. Was it bigger in Billy Madison? I don't remember.

Buscemi, in Billy Madison, was the guy that Billy apologized to from back when they were both in school. Buscemi was wearing women's make-up and he shot Billy's rival in the end--literally!
Alec Baldwin, James Woods, Peri Gilpin (from Fraiser) and Donald Sutherland were all also in the FF movie. It's just too bad that wasn't a better story...
Apparently Steve Buscemi also had a cameo, unbilled, in Dead Man--the Johnny Depp western. I don't know where, though...
