Does anybody remember the horrid 1980 film called "The Godsend"? I didn't see the new one ('cause no one liked it) but it CAN'T be worse than the 1980 one,. Incredibly, through, it IS worse. In spite of the similar titles (and the fact that both are killer-child movies) they are not at all related (the new one isn't a remake). At least "The Godsend" had the interest of seeing a cute little moppet sistematically killing all of her stepbrothers just to gain her adoptive parents love (spoiler --oops!). It's just a movie which director couldn't carry the intersting premise in a competent way. This one just plain doesn't know where it wants to go, and frequently chickens out of several "disturbing" scenes.

And Twins? Why Twins? D'OH! I only noticed this comment now, while browsing old topics. See, when I mentioned that movie (keep in mind, it must have been about 1 in the morning, I was very tired) I somehow managed to confuse Robert de Niro with Danny De Vito. I don't know how that is possible.

I went wit "so-so."
Seriously, can't some of these modern Hollywood horror films have child actors that aren't as stale as the bread on top of my refrigerator?? Emote, dammit! Act like kids for once!
