Time for another director's thread!
This is one of those directors whose work has moved away from horror in recent years, but I'll still include those movies I have seen from him for pure completeness' sake.
So, from most to least favorite:
1. The brood.
2. The dead zone.
3. eXistenZ.
4. The fly.
5. M. Butterfly.
6. Crash.
7. Dead Ringers.
8. Videodrome.
9. Naked Lunch.
10. Rabid.
11. Spider.
12. A dangerous method.
One thing for Cronenberg: his movies never fail to be DISTURBING, be they about physical or mental malady. (Even so, my problem with the last two movies wasn't that they aren't exactly horror (or thriller... yet too seedy to be called "drama"), but that Spider I felt had too predictable a twist ending and that A dangerous method didn't really do much with the very interesting theme of dueling psychotherapists).

I've never cared about his work as a whole (it hardly feels like horror so I really shy away from the vast majority of his stuff) so the only ones I'd ever care to watch are The Fly, Rabid and Videodrome, and probably that order in terms of enjoyment as well. I do have The Brood taped and haven't watched it yet so I would be remiss to mention that as well.
