Modern Family How to Live with Your Parents...-So, for starters, I'm not saying the full title every time out, that's just plain stupid. Secondly, this one seems okay but I'm not smelling something that'll last for a long time. The central premise, about a single mother who moves back in with her parents following a divorce only to find they're still living a swinging, care-free lifestyle, follows one of my biggest pet peeves as it seems more at home as a feature-length film than a sitcom that will last for several seasons, but if they can mine the fact that her up-tightness doesn't always know what's best for raising her daughter and that occasionally their way of doing things could work out for the better while still appearing to care for everyone's best interests, it'll be something but altogether not holding out hope here for this one. Nothing else is on so I'll give it a shot but I'm not losing sleep when it's canceled.

Family Tools-Fairly mediocre sitcom about a ne'er-do-well enlisting his goofy friends to help him take over his father's well-respected home-repair business and trying to make the most of it. While it's got some pretty good ideas running (thankfully, none of it centered around his incompetence at handling tools and focusing more on the friends around him) and there's a lot of room to work with the jokes surprisingly as this is far more fleshed out than expected, this still suffers from the absolutely tired practice of modern shows to feature a plotline that's more suited to a feature-length film than a half-hour sitcom, and for every good storyline it has there's one that's bound to go nowhere and keep this one down when it has a chance to grow. I'll give it time due to the few surprisingly good storylines, but like the later show in the night I won't be too shocked if it gets an early axe. Modern Family How to Live with Your Parents...

Am enjoying the heck out of The Following, which is only just airing now locally for me. Though i am starting to get desensitised to the killing. A innocent bystander runs into one of the killers they're pretty much always going to die, it does suck out the tension.
