Another of the Sister threads to the Mexican Horror thread, this one about horror from Greece. So, tell us which Greek horrors you've seen and what you thought of them.

Hmm, nope, I can think of a few greek-themed horror films, but I don't think I've ever seen an actual Greek horror production.
I do know of at least one zombie film from there ("Evil", I think it's called?) but haven't seen it yet.

Only seen one, Bloodtide, about an adventurer, who searching for buried treasure in Greece, accidentally unleashes a legendary creature that forces the locals to continue their age-old tradition of virgin sacrifices in order to appease it and forcing him and his friends to stop it's rampage through town. Not a whole lot to really write about it, the adventure-film scenario comes through a lot more often and keeps the monster off-screen for the majority of time, and even then we barely see it. The sacrifice is pretty decent, but it's far too late in the film to really matter. Really only worthwhile to see it's cast, if your a fan, as it has James Earl Jones alongside our regulars in Jose Ferrer and Martin Kove and not much else.
