In some countries it was released straight-to-DVD but here in Poland it just entered the theatres a week or two ago. I saw it, of course, and was very disappointed: a very good beginning (a creepy temple from the 1st century AD [!] is discovered, it's soon revealed that it was built by a group of people once damned by God and that they still 'gather' around to practise their strange rituals), some cool actors (apart from Ricci, there's also Kerry Fox there) and then it suddenly plunges so deep into stupidity and cliches that you wouldn't believe!
Has anyone seen it? What do you think?

I liked it, actually. It's pretty good, enough suspense to keep me interested, some good action scenes and an engaging mystery that plays out quite nicely and adds a creepy air to it. Not exactly a classic, but I've got much worse in the collection.
