Ditto. Sanjaya another week (bad!) but that other guy forgot his words and thought it was funny - so he def deserved to go.

I also watched American Idol.
That guy may have forgot his words, but at least he had a good voice going for him. I had a feeling he hadn't yet given his best, and I was hoping to see it.
Instead, we get another week of Sanjaya. Are we in the minority here? Are we the only ones who think he... well... sucks?

On Wednesday:
JERICHO LOST CHOP-SOCKY: CINEMA HONG KONG (Documentary on the history of Hong Kong Martial Arts films.) DICE UNDISPUTED
On Thursday:
SMALLVILLE ANDY BARKER, P.I. (Pilot episode of the new Andy Richter sitcom. Meh.) YOUNG COMEDIANS SPECIAL (1983 HBO special hosted by the late great John Candy. Mostly not very good except for an early tv appearance by Bill Maher. Another "meh".)

I watched Any Barker PI, too. I liked it. Not quite as funny as the very first "Andy Richter Controls the Universe" but it had plenty of laughs and a lot of potential. I did like the car chase where he was simultaneously giving accounting advice to a client.
I watched the first twenty (?) minutes of Jeff Goldblum's "Raines" but for some reason I changed the channel. Might be the question...do we really need another cop drama?

The Simpsons Family Guy The War at Home Futurama
The Winner-I can finally move this one into my viewing rotation. Glad I finally gave it a chance, as the cliched sitcom episode of a gay man hitting on an unsuspecting straight man against delivered a bunch of laughs. You know where it's going, but it's still funny regardless. And any show that plays Peg Bundy as hotter now than 20 years ago is a major coup in and of itself.

On Sunday:
THE ROCK & ROLL HALL OF FAME 2007 (IMHO, the highlight was Eddie Vedder inducting REM. Velvet Revolver's rendition of Van Halen's "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love" was just embarassing. Shame that only Sammy Hagar and Michael Anthony from VH bothered to show up.) ROME EBERT & ROEPER (Two thumbs down for "PREMONITION")

Watched the rerun of The Simpsons, not a great one but it had moments.
Also watched till the first break of "The Winner" and my God what a terrible show. I might even prefer "Family Guy" over this one and my opinion of "Family Guy" is really really really really really really really really really really really really really low.

But is your opinion of Family Guy really low? ;D Watched last night: INSIDE THE ACTOR'S STUDIO w/ Chris Rock Chris' filmography may be prettyweak, but damn that guy is funny. He was consistently funnier in this interview than many comedians are during their actual stand-up act. I still consider Chris' HBO special "Bring the Pain" as one of the all time greatest stand-up performances of all time. True story.
