I can't believe a self respecting website doesnt have a thread about the best animated show on TV.
So come on, you lot. Lets see how many of you have even seen it?

I love FUTURAMA! Being a huge fan of Matt Groening and THE SIMPSONS I definitely had to check it out. Unfortunately it kept getting preempted by other shows and kept getting moved around the schedule, so I missed it quite a bit when it was airing. Thank God for DVD! I've been buying the season box sets and catching up on all the episodes I originally missed. Great show, and anyone who doesn't like it can kiss my shiny metal ass!

I'm a fan, too. And thanks to Heineken, by the way - he knew I liked The Simpsons and recommended this one to me some time ago. So far I only have one Futurama box set - and it's Season 3 'cause this one I could get the cheapest. It's a rather fresh buy, in fact, and I still haven't seen all the episodes there.
Is it the best animated show, though? Let me think... Family Guy beats it. The Simpsons too - just a bit. But it's close to the top, sure!

You think Family Guy beats it?
I'll take Zapp Brannigan over the fat lameass from Family Guy any day, buster!
If the only one you've got is season 3, you won't like some of it as you really need to see it from the beginning to appreciate it fully, I reckon.
Plus Season 1, Episode 4 (love's labours lost in space) is my absolute favourite. And that's saying something.

Fair enough - I need to see more episodes of Futurama to judge them all better. But I just love the oh-so-SHARP! humour of Family Guy.

I need to see more episodes of Futurama to judge them all better. Well, I need to see any episodes to judge them at all ;D Is it possible to see it anywhere in Poland, Bart?

Sure! At my home! The only problem is that my DVD player refuses to play these particular discs sometimes... same problem I have with Family Guy DVD's in fact. As soon as I take care of the problem - you're invited to my place and we'll go through many hours of my Futurama and your Star Trek! Anyone wants to join?
