It was in our On-Demand menu, so we watched it. There was even an option to watch it with audio commentary. Hopefully, they'll give us the fourth episode this week!

Well, last night the wife and I finally watched the last episode of Rome's first season.
It seems to be following the path I predicted: One emperor per season. I was sad to see Ceaser fall, he was cool. The next season should be Mark Antony in charge.
The previous episode, 11, ended with some excellent Gladiatorial gore.

I still haven't caught the last episode, but I know it's On Demand so no rush although I did really love the whole run of it. New episodes next year, the series was renewed so I hear. Ran across this site of actual Roman graffiti that is pretty cool: www.personal.kent.edu/~bkharvey/roman/classes/graffiti.htm

The previous episode, 11, ended with some excellent Gladiatorial gore. Man, that episode was so fucking great! The wife and I just kept yelling at the tv everytime somebody suffered a gorey wound, "Ohh!!".

Phoenix:
I laughed out loud at the very first one:
I.2.20 (Bar/Brothel of Innulus and Papilio); 3932: Weep, you girls. My penis has given you up. Now it penetrates men’s behinds. Goodbye, wondrous femininity!
Oh those Romans!!!

My Gecko up and died a couple weeks ago. Little bastard. So I replaced him with a Bahaman Anole--and he's smaller than Caligula--the Green Anole.
I named the new little one Ceasar. I can call him "Little Ceasar!"
So we have Roman lizards. He was almost named Titus Pullo after the big dude in Rome.
