Agree with most of your thoughts on WTC - it's not exactly bad, but for an Oliver Stone film it's a disappointment. 6/10 from me.
And recently I saw Forgetting Sarah Marshall which was a nice surprise - it was funny, smart, aptly acted, mildly offensive and it even included totally gratuitous frontal nudity (bad news is - it's male frontal nudity). One of the better 2008 comedies. 7/10

Cheerleader Autopsy-I'm naming this the absolute worst film ever made, I finally found it. A few mildly funny sophmoric jokes aside, this one has nothing redeeming or worthwhile at all, and all the flaws here totally override the good points. That's all I'm going to say about this, because saying anymore is going to force me to finish what I sta

BURN AFTER READING (2008)
COPS AND ROBBERS (1973)
My thoughts in the Movie Genre of the Month thread.
WAITRESS (2007)
Jenna Hunterson (Kerri Russell) is a small town waitress who is married to a boorish husband and discovers that she is pregnant, which only adds to her misery and screws up her plans to eventually leave him. Complicating things further is her new doctor (Nathan Fillion), who she gets into an affair with. This was a nice little surprise. Very funny and touching, with good performances from the entire cast, including a nice turn from Andy Griffith, who appears as the owner of the diner that Jenna works at.
I remember hearing some buzz about it when it was released, but didn't really pay too much attention. It was horrible reading about the murder of writer, director, co-star Adrienne Shelly before the film was released.
8/10
