GP really shocked me. This was a blind buy & I thought the film would probably look old & dated. My expectations were low I guess, but the video on this disc is Demo material. Most shots blew away the DVD Forum's Demo disc played at retail stores. Yep that good. Film was kinda long imo, but I was happy the PQ held up its end for the entire 2:55 runtime. Audio wasn't bad, also not that great either. Most of the film is front heavy & I thought more use of the surrounds could have been used for the races. Only other nitpick is some dialog scenes sounded a bit tiney or dated but it isn't really distracting sinse most of the films soundtrack is roaring engines. All in All....... Perfect. Never know what film will look great in High-def so this title was a nice surprise.
