Yeah, so my parents came up and we hung out. Ate lunch, cake and stuff.

I got TWO BEATLES SHIRTS!! Which are, of course, totally awesome. And my parents got me an MP3, which means I'm moving into the 21st century (or whatever it is), though very slowly. And then I got the new Franz Ferdinand album. And got some money from the grandparents.

Speaking of Beatles shirts. My brother and his new wife just got back from their honeymoon in the U.K. and among their many stops they spent some time in Liverpool, England. They did a whole Beatles tour and among the places they stopped at was the infamous Cavern Club where The Beatles played many a show in their early days.
So, I guess what I'm saying is, "My brother went to Liverpool and all I got was this lousy Cavern Club T-shirt." No, actually, it's pretty damn cool. ;D
