Family Guy Presents: Stewie Griffin - The Untold Story How good is this, can someone please tell? Just finished watching it. Very funny! It wasn't a big hollywood production or anything. More of an 88 minute episode. Lots of spoofs as usual for the show which in my opinion is the reason this tv series is so successfull & hilarious. The Ferris Bueller parody.. LMAO ;D Biggest disappointment, I wish the film was longer. I'll probably watch it again soon because its freakin entertaining!!! A must have for Family Guy fans.  |

It's basically a 90 minute episode of the show. If you like the show, there's really no reason not to like this. It's not anything groundbreaking or totally out of the ordinary for the show, which is probably why they went the straight to DVD path instead of trying to do a theatrical feature. I think I may have been a little dissapointed if I'd gone to the movies to see it. Remember how everything about the SOUTH PARK movie seemed bigger than it was on the series? Not the case here.
It's good. Just don't expect major revelations, a bigger budget, etc.

HO HO HO! A nice screener package surprised me today from those good folks at 'Panik House'.
In it were the first 2 'Pinky Violence Collection' DVD's "Sex and Fury" and "Female Yakuza Tale".
They come on DVD's decorated with bold Japanese writing, in see-through cases, with see-through inserts sporting a picture of the lead actress on it, all encased in a see-through slipcover with the same picture and the title/back cover info printed on it.
Very striking!
