System Of A Down! What a great band! I only have one album of theirs (Toxicity) but I'll be trying to get the older ones, too.

They're all EXCELLENt in my opinon, I just think blink-182 is the best.

Pearl Jam for me. Some good bands there, for sure, but among this group, PJ is the one I hold in the highest regard. Especially their debut, TEN. What a fantastic first album.  |

What about Pixies, guys? They're great!
I think they're the major influence behind alternative music because they influenced Nirvana hugely. I got a ton of their stuff today, and it's so awesome. Missed out so much with that Best Of... compliation.

All I know of the Pixies, is there song at the end of the film Fight Club, the song starts just as the buildings start to collapse in the film. Where is My Mind I dunno if thats the title.

My No 1 is definitely U2. Only the first album of Pearl Jam was great to me, rest of it sucks. But where's Nirvana? That's the best grunge band. Pearl Jam was just a runner up for a while. |

I think this surprises no one, but I hate all that crap.
Green Day and Blink-182 are Pop-Punk. Which is Punk with all the original heart and sould gutted out of it. Punk was more anti-mainstream than Metal back in the day! And My Chemical Romance is a (gaaaaaayyyyy) Emo Band. (no offense Pulp)
