Ha! I never knew there was some live stuff from the Savage Amusement/ Crazy World tours available on DVD! Looks cool - thanks, Term! I want this thing!
Quorth: I'm glad we agree about Overkill. Which of their albums is your fave? Mine would be either Horrorscope or The Years Of Decay or Necroshine.

My favorite OverKill albums are Years of Decay, Under the Influence (which I no longer have--stolen, gotta get it again on CD this time), and then From the Underground and Below, The Killing Kind, and Killbox 13. Don't have the new one yet.
I also like the relatively mellow I Hear Black. Hell, all their stuff is pretty good.

I haven't heard I Hear Black or W.F.O. - gotta get these soon! The new album is very good, much in the vein of their classic ones.
What about Coverkill? Some good stuff there as well, right?

Oh yeah, COverkill was indeed good. I wish it was longer, though. Especially given what huge Judas Priest fans those guys are, and they only included Tyrant? More please.
I Hear Black is a pretty mellow album compared to their usual Thrash stuff. In a sad way, it's like their version of Metallica's Black Album. (I hate Metallica) A lot of the riffs, solos, and even song structure seem to have been written with some commercial success in mind. Despite that downside, the music itself is generally still pretty good.

Currently listening to the latest releases by Nine Inch Nails, "With Teeth" and Garbage, "Bleed Like Me", and also the soundtrack to STAR WARS - EPISODE III: REVENGE OF THE SITH by John Williams, which is awesome. For those that don't know, as a bonus, the ROTS soundtrack also includes a second bonus disc, a DVD which features Williams' favorite pieces of music that he's written for the entire six movie saga accompanied by movie montages. It's pretty much a Star Wars Greatest Hits, if you will, and features among many others, such favorites as The Imperial March, Duel of the Fates & the Cantina Band. Just warming up for May 19th. Heh heh heh...

Is the new Garbage any good, Heineken?
I got myself W.F.O. by Overkill and the first listening was a blast -- soon the discography will be completed!
And one more thing: anyone planning to get the new Bruce Dickinson? In Poland it's out in a few days and I know *I* am going to grab it as soon as I can!

I'm haunted by the song sang by the little girl. I can see an image of this girl standing on a stage and singing it. It's black and white clip. It's a catchy thing. It's from 60's or 50's. It must have been a big hit then. Do help me to solve this riddle and free my mind from this haunting image. If you know by any chance who she might be please tell me. Spacer Out

No idea what it is, spacer. Sorrey.
Listening to: Overkill's I Hear Black; it's good stuff but not my fave of theirs - the comparison to Metallica's Black Album I quite like, you can hear the Overkill boys wanted to sound a bit more, er, "civilized" for once. Civilized doesn't become them, though, so I like W.F.O. much better -- these crazy melodies, drunken vocals, now that's something to truly love!

Right now listening to a Metal Hammer CD (Anthrax's new version of Madhouse - whoa!), but recently I've been mainly listening to two CD's: Bruce Dickinson's Tyranny Of Souls and Audioslave's Out Of Exile. Both great, in my opinion (though Audioslave got a share of critique in Polish magazines). What do you guys think of them?

Audioslave's Out Of Exile. I almost bought that one the other night... I have their first one & love it. So you don't think it would be a bad purchase, even though I've only heard one song from it so far?
