The new long awaited System of a Down album comes out Tuesday in the States. It is part of a two-CD set. The second CD (Hypnotize) comes out in late fall.
Anyway, is anyone buying?

It's out and I already listened to it several times - a bunch of great songs, I can assure all of you! If you liked Toxicity, you'll love this one - more crazy tunes, psycho-lyrics and these wonderful vocals. System Of A Down is now undoubtedly the most original and surprising band around.
One thing bothers me only: the album, as cool as it is, clocks in at 37 minutes. Was there really a need for making it a 2CD affair?

I got it a few days ago. Fricking brilliant.
SOAD said they wanted to get fans used to some of the new songs first. Also, SOAD has 30 new songs, so 30 on one CD might be a little too much.
But hey, less is more.
