And now, RIP to Victor Hugo Monterroso (one of the leads in the excellent "Las marimbas del infierno"... damn, and what an horrible way to die, too!), and RIP to Lauren Bacall.

I'm visiting this one too much recently.
RIP to Victor Hugo Monterroso and Lauren Bacall. At least though, that's the three for this cycle, we should be fine for awhile.

RIP to Melanie Tem, horror writer. I have yet to read a full work by her, but what little I have seen was good, and she was one of the pioneers of 90's horror.

RIP to Uruguayan writer and essayist Eduardo Galeano.
One of my favorite writers of all time, and just...
*sigh* I had one horrible last week, and now this one begins with these news. Just... unbelievable.
But again: Rest in peace for a great, great writer.
